Can I use EdgeChats offline?

Yes. Offline AI conversations are a core part of EdgeChats. Complete the required setup and downloads while connected before using the app offline. Available offline features depend on your device and app setup.

What still needs an internet connection?

Sign-in, initial downloads, and account or subscription checks and updates require an internet connection. This website manages your account and subscription online; offline conversations happen in the EdgeChats app.

Do the website and EdgeChats share an account?

Yes. Use the same account and sign-in method as the app to view your EdgeChats access.

Where can I check my subscription?

Sign in and open My account to see your access, remaining allowance, subscription period, and renewal details. If a payment has not appeared yet, retry confirmation or refresh your account.

How do I cancel automatic renewal?

Select Manage subscription on your account page to open the secure customer portal. After canceling renewal, access usually continues until the end of the current period. Check your account for the exact status.

How can I get EdgeChats?

Download options are being prepared. Create an account or contact [email protected] for current release information. Manage your account and subscription here, and chat in the EdgeChats app.
